Crescent Head Physiotherapy welcomes a wide range of clients and referral pathways, including:

Self-funded appointments for pain, injury, mobility, strength, balance, recovery and ongoing movement support.

Eligible physiotherapy services may be claimable through your private health insurance, depending on your level of cover.

Clients with an eligible GP referral, such as a Chronic Disease Management plan, may be able to access Medicare rebates.

Physiotherapy support for eligible NDIS participants, focused on function, mobility, participation and quality of life.

Physiotherapy care for eligible Department of Veterans’ Affairs clients. Referral required. 

Treatment and rehabilitation for work-related injuries, helping you recover and safely return to work. Referral required.
